Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Gimme Fast API, dashboard, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

Gimme Fast provides a data API for Polymarket prediction market data. We index publicly available on-chain data and serve it through REST and WebSocket endpoints. We are not affiliated with Polymarket. The data we provide is sourced from public blockchain records.

3. Accounts and API keys

  • You must create an account to use the API.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Treat them like passwords.
  • Do not share API keys or use them in client-side code where they can be exposed.
  • We may revoke keys that are compromised, abused, or violate these terms.
  • One person or organization per account. No shared accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through any means.
  • Resell or redistribute the API data as a competing service.
  • Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with the Service or other users' access.
  • Scrape or bulk-download data beyond your plan's limits.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law.

5. Plans and billing

  • Free plans are subject to usage limits. We may modify free plan limits at any time.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the dashboard.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data and accuracy

The data we provide is indexed from public blockchain records. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we do not guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or up-to-date at all times. The Service is provided "as is."

Do not rely on this data as the sole basis for financial decisions. We are a data provider, not a financial advisor. You are responsible for verifying any data that is critical to your use case.

7. Availability and SLA

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime on Free or Pro plans. Growth and Enterprise plans include an SLA — see your plan details for specifics. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gimme Fast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.
